Remove a paired device
Open Account settings, review Paired Devices, and select Revoke. The device token is invalidated immediately and the device must be paired again to restore access.

Remove ride information
Open a completed ride to remove its location trace while retaining mileage and duration statistics, or delete the entire ride record. Active rides must be ended before either action is available.
Delete an account
Use the verified request form below or schedule deletion from the signed-in rider profile. A seven-day recovery period begins after confirmation, and signing in during that period lets you cancel.
Event integrity records
A limited audit record for completed organized events may be retained for security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. The deletion response will identify any required retention.
