Remove a paired device
Open Account settings, review Paired Devices, and select Revoke. The device token is invalidated immediately and the device must be paired again to restore access.

Delete ride records
Request deletion of eligible route, ride, motorcycle, emergency-contact, and maintenance records from the signed-in dashboard or by emailing privacy@truecourse.tech from the account email.
Delete an account
Send an account deletion request from the signed-in dashboard or email privacy@truecourse.tech from the account email. Identity verification is required before deletion.
Event integrity records
A limited audit record for completed organized events may be retained for security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. The deletion response will identify any required retention.
