ThrottleRun Terms of Use

The operating terms for ThrottleRun route planning, ride tracking, events, clubs, and maintenance records.

Effective July 17, 2026

Safe operation

ThrottleRun is an organizational and navigation aid. Riders remain responsible for traffic laws, road conditions, weather, motorcycle condition, and safe operation. Pull over before changing a route, managing an event, sending messages, or using detailed controls.

Routes and third-party data

Routes, travel times, map details, hazards, closures, and weather can be incomplete or delayed. Verify critical conditions with official sources before and during a ride.

Events and clubs

Organizers are responsible for lawful event operation, participant communication, waivers, eligibility, prizes, and local requirements. ThrottleRun does not accept wagers, hold prize funds, or certify an event as safe.

Maintenance information

Maintenance records and reminders do not certify that a motorcycle is safe. Manufacturer documentation and qualified professional service take priority over general guidance in ThrottleRun.

Account security

Keep credentials and paired devices secure. Account owners are responsible for actions performed through authorized devices and should revoke access promptly when a device is lost or no longer trusted.

Support

Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@truecourse.tech.
