Rider control
Routes, ride history, motorcycles, emergency contacts, event entries, and location sharing are tied to the rider account. Live sharing is off unless the rider enables it for a ride or group.
How ThrottleRun handles account, route, ride, location, event, and safety data.
Routes, ride history, motorcycles, emergency contacts, event entries, and location sharing are tied to the rider account. Live sharing is off unless the rider enables it for a ride or group.
Location is used for visible route navigation, foreground ride recording, selected live sharing, hazards, and checkpoint verification. Checkpoint claims retain the submitted location evidence needed to audit the result.
Location sharing is explicit and visible. Riders decide when a ride is recorded or shared. Do not place a private home address in a route intended for public sharing.
Emergency contact phone numbers are encrypted at rest. The app does not silently call emergency services or contacts without a visible rider action or separately disclosed safety workflow.
Riders can revoke paired devices from account settings and request correction or deletion of eligible account, route, ride, motorcycle, contact, and maintenance data. Audit records may be retained where required to protect organized-ride integrity and security.
Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@truecourse.tech.
ThrottleRun keeps route planning, ride recording, location sharing, event participation, and maintenance records under the signed-in rider's control.
