Include the route name, approximate area, selected map style, and what went wrong. Do not send a private home address unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.
Include the visible record name and date. Event disputes and official results remain subject to the organizer rules and audit history.
Support can help with recordkeeping and application behavior but cannot diagnose a motorcycle or certify it as safe. Use a qualified mechanic for safety-critical concerns.
